Ingredients :
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 piece of fillet Salmon
- 1 lemon, squeeze half, the rest for garnish
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 200 grams of broccoli
- salt and black pepper (to taste only)
Instructions :
- Clean fish skin from scales
- Squeeze the lemon, mix with oregano, basil, parsley, salt and black pepper
- Apply lemon sauce to the salmon fillet, let stand for 5 minutes
- While waiting for the salmon, prepare broccoli, wash it thoroughly using running water so the caterpillar caterpillar is released.
- After that, soak for a while using salt water, drain and cut according to taste and boil half-cooked
- Arrange the oven at 210 degrees Celsius, arrange the salmon and broccoli in a baking sheet, glass or aluminum pan just the same. (The remaining lemon sauce can be poured into broccoli).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish fillets.
