Recipes Spaghetti with Avocado Pasta Sauce (Vegan) |
A new way to enjoy pasta.mix avocado sauce ingredients to maintain a fresh green color
Ingredients:
Avocado pesto:
- 75 g of cashew nuts
- 200 g of avocado meat
- 50 g of coriander leaves
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Saute mushrooms:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 g of beef bacon, cut into a box
- 150 g of button mushrooms
- 500 g of spaghetti,
- 1 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
How to make:
- Avocado pesto: Put all ingredients into a food processor.
- Process until smooth. Set it aside.
- Saute mushrooms: Heat oil, saute mushrooms until wilted. Add beef bacon, stir. Cook until the beef bacon dries.
- Add spaghetti, mix well. Add the parmesan, stir. Lift.
- Add avocado sauce, mix well. Serve warm.
